Unabashedly tropical in nature. A brew day infusion with 20lbs per barrel of fresh-picked Sabro hops produces expansive flavors of coconut, mango, papaya, cucumber, and an elusive botanical essence. More Sabro in the dry-hop builds on this theme. Medium-bodied with low bitterness.
