Featuring fresh-picked 'wet' Strata hops from our friends at Goschie Farms in Oregon's Willamette Valley. These exquisite hops are harvested early in the morning, brought to our brewery in Seattle, and packed into a whirlpool-additon on brew day at a rate of over 25 pounds per barrel. From field to brewhouse in a matter of hours. The result is a dazzling bouquet of white and ruby-red grapefruit, earth, pine, and that dank, sticky something that we love about fresh hop season. A firm and bright bitterness accompanies more waves of grapefruit flesh and pith, leading to a dry, refreshing finish that demands you take another sip.
