Fresh-picked Lorien hops from Goschie Farms in the Willamette Valley are the star of this bright, sparkling lager. Over 20lbs per barrel of wet-hops are added to the whirlpool on brew day, yielding an intriguing flavor profile with highlights of jasmine, pear, kumquat, and wine grapes. Pilsner malt forms the base, adding a background breadiness in support. The finish is dry and refreshing, with moderate bitterness.
