Over 20 lbs per barrel of fresh Tettnang hops from Goschie Farms in Oregon were added to the whirlpool of this Pilsner mere hours after harvest. This is the first time we've used a German noble hop grown right here in the U.S. and we're thrilled that it's a fresh hopped Pilsner. You'll find fresher, deeper expressions of the herbal and floral notes one expects from noble hop varieties, layered over a simple base of rich Czech malts. Fermented with our house Czech lager strain, and lagered for the extended time it deserves. Light bodied with a lingering clean bitterness.
