Over 20 lbs per barrel of unimaginably fresh Strata hops from Roy Farms were picked off the bine and added to the whirlpool just a few hours later. The result is a big, beautiful tapestry of grapefruit peel, tropical fruit, and resiny cannabis. An undeniably firm bitterness and dry finish provide structure to showcase this super fragrant and flavorful expression of our local hop farms.
