Wet Season: Simcoe 2024

This West Coast IPA was whirlpooled with over 20 lbs per barrel of fresh-off-the-bine Simcoe from Tributary Farms in Granger, WA, and then dry hopped with 3 different lots of Simcoe pellets. A lean malt bill allows this eclectic hop to show off its versatility with a melange of mixed berries, grapefruit pith, and melon rind, accented by undertones of cedar and fresh cut flowers. Light bodied with an assertive bitterness and a refreshing dry finish.
