Wet Season: Citra 2024

This West Coast Pilsner was steeped with over 20 lbs per barrel of wet whole-cone Citra from Perrault Farms in Toppenish, WA. After cold, patient fermentation, it was dry hopped with more Citra from Roy Farms and Yakima Chief Hops. Buzzing with bright notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and freshly mowed grass, while a pleasantly mellow bitterness carries through the dry finish. Light bodied and crushably thirst quenching.
