Fruit: Cara Cara Navel and Raspberry

Description: Our latest sour, The Wishing Fountain. A 5% sour ale fermented in one of our house oak foeders, it’s fruited with cara cara navel (an early season red-flesh orange) and raspberries. With little to no funk and crystal clear fruit character, it finished medium-sour and supremely drinkable. Intrigue and depth comes via the cara cara, and a familiar northwest berry rush follows with a delicious jold of raspberry on the finish.
