An all-star trio of southern hemisphere hops are boosted to the next level with a whirlpool addition of Phantasm. Made from New Zealand's coveted Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Phantasm is rich in thiol-precursors. These precursors are unlocked by a thiolized yeast strain, resulting in potent tropical aromas and flavors. Powerful expressions of guava, passionfruit, lychee, white peach, and citrus are in abundance, complemented with the unique terroir of New Zealand. Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop offers a punchy, diesel dankness that adds even more complexity and contrast. Medium-bodied with a deftly balanced bitterness.
