The latest in our rotating series of single-hop IPAs showcases our abiding love of Mosaic hops. Multiple unique lots of Mosaic were specially selected to build a layered and complex picture of this stellar variety. Strong aromas and flavors of stone fruit trade punches with an earthy/dank quality and some pine. The finish is bright and dry with a lingering bitterness.

Almost 30 lbs per barrel of freshly harvested Mosaic from Roy Farms were used in the whirlpool of this big, luscious Hazy DIPA. Drenched in deep, layered flavors and aromas of ripe mango, passion fruit, and a hint of blackberry, with persistent dank, earthy undertones. Medium-plus body with enough bitterness to maintain a beautifully deceiving balance in this robust Double IPA.
