Hops:Chinook, Simcoe, Zumo.

We couldn't be more excited by our first use of the new Zumo hop variety, as we reintroduce one of our favorite west coast IPAs with a new twist; Dank aromatics greet the nose, while a dark berry medley subtly mingles in the background. Grapefruit, pine resin, and a touch of thai basil coalesce on the palate. Dry and light bodied, with medium bitterness.
